Can anyone inform me of how to make wine or beer with only water, baking yeast & sugar, 2Litre apple juice?

plis advise me with such a limited raw mateirals I have suggested, plis write me the procedure with very simple equipment i may need in the process making

I used to use a 3 gallon bucket, with 2 gallons of juice. I used cranberry juice, but use whatever you prefer. Put the juice in the bucket. Then boil about a half a pound of sugar or so into water until it turned to syrup (however, apple juice is already very sweet, you may want to use less or none at all). Pour the syrup into the bucket with the juice and stir it up well. Then take about a cup of the juice with the syrup mixed in and heat it in the microwave until it is luke warm, not hot. Mix in one packet of baker’s yeast. The warm juice will activate the yeast. Let sit alone, and after a half hour or so, it should form a foamy head, then you know it’s ready. Dump this into the juice and stir well. Cover the bucket, but leave a small hole in the top, because gas will be formed as a byproduct and will expand. Test it after a couple of weeks, to see how see how strong it is. Let it sit another couple of weeks if you want it stronger. This stuff won’t taste great at first, so it may take a few times to get your mixtures to taste right, and the yeast will leave a slight bready taste.

You have the basics to make alcohol, not fine wine. It’s not great, but it will get the job done. The more yeast, the more alcohol, but it’s gonna hurt the flavor. I’m assuming you’re 21, right?
