There are many programs that are designed just for that reason like Label Maker.
You can design a label and then print them up on your printer and you can use glue to affix them, or you can use sticker stock to use, it has the adhesive already on it.
The best thing to do is print it on premium paper and then cut it out, and then use glue to affix your labels
Also, if you have a winery near you, you can ask them for help. They might even run your wine through their line and their labeling machine will put the labels on for you
