pinot noir wine

What is the best dish to serve with an expensive Pinot Noir Red Wine?
Don’t be afraid to give me ingredients!
Pinot Noir is an excellent choice for savory flavors such as Herbs de Provance. You could do a tender marinated chicken in a mix of balsamic vinegar, olive oil and HDP. You will also want something light and simple as a counterpoint such as fresh steamed greenbeans with a little butter.
For dessert, Dark Chocolate goes great with Pinot Noir.
BTW — of course steak goes with Pinot Noir, but I don’t think it is that exciting. I mean, you just put the steak on the grill and flip it once. I’m sure you all ready know how to do that.
